Job Responsibilities
- Candidate is primary responsible for testing & trouble shooting of electronic & electrical products used in Flow measurement, Control and Terminal automation.
- The candidate should be expert in identifying faults in the digital, analog & microcontroller / microprocessor based electronic circuits, power supplies, communication & display & other peripherals.
- Candidate is also responsible for testing of incoming material, quality control & third-party inspection.
- Additionally, the candidate should be responsible for repairing of product repairs & calibration of product & capital equipment.
- Willing to travel when required.
- Candidate should be able to interpret product specifications, circuit schematics, bill of materials, fabrication drawings, work instructions, application drawings, product catalogues, reference manuals and other design documents.
- It is desired to have a knowledge of verification & validation of the product, product approval and certification supporting new product develop process, existing products and third-party products.
- Testing of design proto-types, sub-assemblies, and final product.
- Prior experience in review of customer specifications.
- Willing to travel when required.
Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma in Electronics or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electronics Communication Engineering from reputed university.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in testing trouble shooting of complex electronic boards.
- Able to read the technical datasheets of electronic components find alternate components.
- Preferred experience in testing for EMC, PCB prototyping and troubleshooting of complex circuits.
- Knowledge level in all MS-Office applications.
- Ability to read and interpret complex Engineering Design Drawings.
- Familiarity with industry standards.
- Knowledge of Electronic product production techniques.
- Understanding general material types, geometric dimensioning, and tolerances. Should be able to use precision measuring tools.
