Batch Controller Model: SmartLoad®

SmartLoad is a state-of-the-art Batch Controller, also known as Electronic Preset or Additive controller, designed for liquid product distribution across truck, rail, marine, aviation, and pipeline loading and unloading facilities. It ensures the accurate delivery of preset quantities of product blends and additives from storage tanks or pipelines into vehicles, rail wagons, aircraft, and vessels.

This field-mounted, microprocessor-based electronic device features a flameproof enclosure having a graphic display and a rugged data entry keyboard. It supports single or simultaneous dual-arm liquid loading and is configurable for loading plain or blended products with or without additives and dyes.

Application

SmartLoad enables precise loading and unloading of various liquid products, including Gasoline, High-Speed Diesel, Aviation Turbine Fuel, Kerosene, LPG (with vapor recovery), Alcohols, Edible Oils, and Specialty Chemicals. Utilizing flow meters, weighbridges, and control valves, SmartLoad ensures secure and accurate liquid transfer in critical applications such as Terminal Automation, Marine Loading/Unloading, Aircraft Refuelling, Bowser Unloading, and LPG Cylinder Loading/Unloading.
