Job Responsibilities
- Own all plans and strategies for developing the business and achieving the company’s monthly, quarterly and yearly business goals
- Develops the sales plan, prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning
- Work collaboratively across teams - including Engineering and Operations
- Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet the sales objectives
- Grow and provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
- Establish and foster partnerships (OEM, Distributors, End Users) and relationships with key customers
- Build and motivate the team into consistent performers
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking and social media
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales, profit and financial data
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- About 15 years of relevant sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets preferably in Lube Sales. Lesser experience will be acceptable for exceptional candidates
- Possess extensive knowledge of sales tactics and strategies
- Chemical Engineering background with a Management Degree is a plus
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams

- Designing and developing embedded software and firmware for various electronic products.

- High level of experience of embedded C, C++, RTOS, Linux, assembly language, including development of algorithms, flow charts, manipulation of data structures and implementing highly optimized code.
- Should be able to write firmware from the scratch including device drivers, also able to update & modify existing code.
- Experienced in following major interfaces, but not limited to, I2C, SPI, USB, LPDDR3, Flash memories, Ethernet, eMMC, UART, LCD, GSM/GPRS, W-Fi, Bluetooth, Modbus TCP, LoRaWAN, ZIGBEE & other communication protocols.
- Proven experience in embedded systems design with pre-emptive, multitasking real-time Operating systems, STM32, PIC, FPGA, MCS-51, MCS-96, PSoC, Ethernet PHY, ATmega8, ATmega16, LPC2148, Raspberry Pi & other platforms.
- Familiarity with software configuration management tools, defect tracking tools, and peer review.
- Excellent knowledge of OS coding techniques, IP protocols, interfaces, and hardware subsystems.
- Experienced in Proof-of-concept development, Board bring-up testing, Interface testing, System level debugging, Basic knowledge of Digital & Analog circuits and their trouble shooting, Environment & thermal testing.

- Candidate is primary responsible for testing & trouble shooting of electronic & electrical products used in Flow measurement, Control and Terminal automation.
- The candidate should be expert in identifying faults in the digital, analog & microcontroller / microprocessor based electronic circuits, power supplies, communication & display & other peripherals.
- Candidate is also responsible for testing of incoming material, quality control & third-party inspection.

- Minimum 10 years of experience is required for a candidate having a proven track record of leading embedded systems projects from concept to completion, including project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Extensive experience in embedded systems development, including firmware development in software such as Embedded C/C++, RTOS, Linux, assembly language, including development of algorithms, flow charts, manipulation of data structures and implementing highly optimized code, hardware-software integration, and real-time systems. A candidate having an additional experience in manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, inventory management, and quality control, preferably in the electronics industry is preferred.
- Proven track record of leading and managing manufacturing teams, driving performance improvements, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
- Understanding of Quality management system, experienced in lean manufacturing, supply chain management, regulatory compliance, budgeting & cost control.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify technical challenges, propose effective solutions, and overcome obstacles in the development process.
- Experienced in development and review of major interfaces and protocols.
