Job Responsibilities
- Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters
- Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures
- Recommend strategies to motivate employees
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff
- Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
- Assist with budget monitoring
- Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
- Personal and professional development of the organisation’s personnel, which involves employee orientation, development and training.
- Employee welfare, safety, wellness and health and counselling
- Development and implementation of policy documents and handbooks that can be referred to by employees.
- Recommend and develop employee relations practices to foster a positive employer-employee relationship
- Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience working in the human resources field
- At least 1 year of experience in labour relations and compliance
- Experienced in Performance Management, Learning & Development
- Ability to develop and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- High level of customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good Computer
